Philosophy
Here at Alberto's, we believe that great food should be made with love, care, and a respect to quality ingredients. That's why we use only the freshest produce, either grown and harvested locally or sourced from our hand selected fine suppliers of Italy. Our goal is to create a delicious and relaxed dining experience that brings people together.
Menu
Our menu focuses on a traditional and seasonal Italian offering - think fresh plates of pasta, Classically inspired pizzas, charcuterie boards and grazing dishes aplenty. Each season sees a changing menu of 4-5 hyper seasonal dishes taking inspiration from our Italian background and the basket of produce provided by the Cotswolds.
Please note due to the size of our kitchen & risk of cross-contamination. We cannot cater for Coeliac diets nor guarantee GF.
Who we are
We are Claire & Val. A husband and wife team whos passion for food and Italy has deep roots. Claire's experience of running well known Italian delis and restaurants spans years across the British Isles, bringing expert product knowledge to our deli shelves and our food and drink menus. Being born in Rome, influence from family to work, food has always been a focus for Val. His experience in Michelin kitchens and years running restaurants brings an unopologetically authentic Italian experience to the plate.
